Yet the individual seems to blend into the obscure anonymity it offers. One becomes just a passerby, without identity − without a face−, one among many who go wandering, incognito. It is this contrast between shadow and light, on the one hand, and between the bustling streets and the sense of anonymity, even solitude, that one may feel, that this series aims to highlight.
