PISPA 2025 ENTRY PARTNERS

Here is the list of the partners and associates for the 2025 edition of Paris International Street Photo Awards.

Mexico Street Photo Fest (MXSPF) is an international street photography festival, the first of its kind in Mexico and considered the largest in Latin America. Held annually in the state of Querétaro, it offers a rich and diverse program including exhibitions, conferences, workshops, photowalks, and international competitions. Open to everyone, the festival highlights photography as a way of understanding and celebrating urban life, creating a space for exchange between artists and the public.

MXSPF functions as a cultural and social platform, supported by an international community of photographers. The festival fosters collective participation through a competition in which the finalists' works are showcased, along with practical workshops and meetings that encourage direct dialogue between amateurs and professionals. It also brings to life various spaces in Querétaro — galleries, museums, and heritage sites — turning them into vibrant centers of artistic expression.

Since its creation in 2023, the festival has already attracted internationally renowned photographers. Its program includes major collective exhibitions, such as Through Her Eyes, dedicated to women photographers, as well as numerous projects led by prominent figures in the field. Each edition has established itself as an essential event for street photography enthusiasts, valuing both individual creativity and the richness of perspectives on urban life.

PICTO is a family-owned company founded in 1950 by Pierre Gassmann, a key figure who worked with legendary photographers such as Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Capa, and Robert Doisneau. From the very beginning, the lab became renowned for its ability to interpret images and provide photographers with exceptional artisanal expertise. For over 75 years, PICTO has evolved by embracing technological innovations—from traditional silver halide printing to pigment inkjet printing and direct printing on various materials—while remaining true to its original mission: understanding photographers’ expectations and delivering outstanding results.

Today, PICTO operates its main laboratory in Paris, with the historic Bastille site dedicated to photographic prints and another facility in Gennevilliers for large-format printing and finishing. The company has also expanded internationally with a laboratory in New York, opened more than ten years ago, to meet the needs of a global clientele. In addition, the PictoOnline platform, launched over 15 years ago, offers professional photographers a unique service combining artisanal expertise with cutting-edge technology, providing tailor-made solutions from printing to framing.

When it comes to printing techniques, PICTO offers two complementary processes: Lambda silver halide printing, which provides beautiful tonal contrast and an authentic analog look at an affordable cost, and pigment inkjet printing, which delivers exceptional precision, a wider color gamut, and excellent longevity. Each technique has its advantages, and the choice depends on the artistic project and desired finish. To assist photographers, PICTO provides sample packs and recommends small-format test prints before final production. Finally, the lab offers personalized support, either remotely or on-site, to help creators plan and produce their exhibitions under the best possible conditions.

Snap Collective is an innovative and unconventional publishing concept, founded by Dr. Philipp W. Müller, specifically designed to help to bring to life portfolios of international photographers and artists. The idea behind Snap Collective is to give artists a possibility to publish a photo book or a portfolio of their work without enormous efforts, offering a streamlined platform with some of the best printing and distribution partners, support of a design team and more.

Snap Collective is a diligent, creative and motivated team that respect the artist's vision and ensure an efficient, high-quality publication. Every service offered starts with an oral exchange with the photographer.

Snap Collective works with the Print-on-Demand technology, which means there is no financial risk involved and that allows artists to print books as they're ordered. The artist also receives a substantial discount on all the purchases.

For each book project, Snap Collective first creates a book cover and together with the artist launchs a pre-order campaign to determine if the book has a potential.

**Magazzini Fotografici** is an independent space, a social promotion association born from an idea by Yvonne De Rosa with the specific intention of realizing a dream that stems from her twenty-year professional experience in the world of photography: to open a non-profit space aimed at disseminating visual culture, a place dedicated to fostering dialogue and opportunities for cultural exchange and enrichment.

Located in the historic center of Naples, in the ancient Palazzo Caracciolo D'Avellino on the Decumano Superiore, Magazzini Fotografici is also an urban regeneration project of a space once occupied by the "Borsettificio Ines."

In its 8 years of activity, it has already hosted numerous exhibitions and internationally renowned artists such as Silvia Plachy, Letizia Battaglia, Gabriele Basilico, Luciano D'Alessandro, Gianni Minà, Brian Griffin, Charles Traub, and Erik Kessels.

Rome Photo Lab is organized by associazione Alpido and is at its second edition. In its first, last year, it involved 100 photographers and its final exhibition – hosted in the historical complex of Biblioteca Ambrosiana – was visited by more than 2000 people. The satellite events connected with the main exhibition around Rome attracted many other visitors, most notably through our stand in the summer fair “Lungo il Tevere” (along the Tiber’s shore), but also with photo walks, lectures and photo walks.

Associazione Alpido was established in 2020 with the aim to contribute to the enrichment of the cultural and artistic environment in Rome through the promotion of quality photography. Before the Rome Photo Lab Alpido organized 7 photography collective exhibitions in the historical Via Margutta. Besides, the association regularly organizes photography courses, photo walks, workshops, seminars and meetings with authors.

The community is a meeting point between professional and amateur photographers, but also tourist guides, schools and people passionate about photography from all over the world.
