'Everybody to the sea!'. Overlooking its bay, Naples and its seafront are enriched with popular folklore in summer. Beaches and cliffs (mostly breakwaters) are populated by people from the neighboring districts, happy to cool off in the city's waters. The 'enjoyable' effect is such that it attracts tourists from everywhere: Japanese, English, Austrians and many Italians on a cultural holiday. But not just holidaymakers, many non-EU citizens, coming from Eastern Europe, North Africans, Nigerians, Sri Lankans, and then many animals.
