The human faces can express so many different emotions. Without knowing it, our faces just show our true feelings automatically, we can even try to hide our emotions, but our faces would really expose it. I like to go capturing people's faces on the streets, and I found out that when their faces were covered or blurred, often there were still emotions manifesting, which really intrigued me and that was the reason why I started this project in the first place. Most of the works were shot with flash, which really added a lot of mysteries to the photos.
